Welcome to Holly Tree Lodges, our idyllic lakeside retreat just outside York and on the doorstep of the beautiful countryside of North Yorkshire.

All our lodges are built to a traditional timber style and nestled around the edge of a small lake allowing you to while away the hours relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of our unique location.

All our lodges are well equipped and offer a high level of comfort throughout.

There is a local pub just a short walk away which serves home cooked food.

Each lodge has a private decked area with furniture and a private bubbling hot tub.

Our lodges are located just a couple of miles from the centre of York with easy access by either public transport or the extremely well connected cycle route.

York offers guests an array of things to do including a vast collection of museums and experiences including the Jorvic Viking Centre and the National Railway Museum.

The streets are lined with cafes and restaurants offering superb food and a great atmosphere.

And don’t forget the opportunity to explore the world famous Shambles or York Minister.

For guests wishing to explore the East coast with its beautiful seaside towns and small fishing villages all of these are just a short drives away.

At the end of the day you can return and relax in your lodge and enjoy your hot tub or perhaps enjoy the sauna.
